Tonnia B. Strand, Business to Business Marketing (B2B) founder, President and CEO, has an extensive background in sales, marketing and customer service. She has a true passion for sales and marketing and an uncompromising commitment to customer satisfaction. It was this passion that led her to establish B2B, a premier lead generation firm representing some of the nation's most innovative companies, in the summer of 1999.

She decided to start B2B after conducting an exhaustive search for a lead generation firm to handle an outbound calling campaign she was managing for her employer. She spoke with and visited telemarketing firms nationwide and found that most lacked the expertise to adequately present high-tech products and services while preserving the culture of professionalism and "class" her company had earned. Knowing the value of prospecting, she became committed to starting a company that could represent complex products and services in a knowledgeable and professional manner.

Prior to starting B2B, Tonnia acted as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for over ten years at TISCOR. A thriving software development company in San Diego, California, TISCOR grew significantly in revenue and market share during her tenure there. In her position she managed an inside and outside sales team, a large lead generation department, and a complete in-house marketing operation.

Tonnia has traveled extensively throughout the United States consulting with companies, speaking at various associations and conducting prospecting and sales training seminars. Now she is bringing her expertise to the masses in her Cold Calling with Class™ and Sales by Design educational events. These half day and full day training events are fun, informative and provide field proven techniques for generating and closing sales.
